A ALBANO MORGADO, S. A. proceeded to implement the Complaints Channel in the company, under the terms and under the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infringements (Law n.º93/2021, of 20 December).
As an employee, you can report situations of infringement or suspicion thereof, anonymously or confidentially.
On the Complaints Page, you can submit information about reprehensible situations or report unethical, illegal actions or actions that violate internal policies. The channel should be used to reveal situations that would not otherwise be revealed.
Situations related to human resources (HR) cannot be reported on this channel, and should, alternatively, be presented and discussed with the direct supervisor, director or HR services.
Complaints can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if desired, in a 100% anonymous way.
All consultation requests are treated confidentially and securely.
On this page, you can safely make a new report or follow up an already made report.
Following up on your complaints may be relevant for several reasons:
1) You may want to check the status of your complaint to see if action is being taken;
2) You may wish to provide additional information relating to your complaint;
3) Channel administrators may request additional information to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.

To ensure that everyone understands their rights and responsibilities, they will be timely
scheduled training sessions on the Complaints Channel (Operation, Guarantees of
Confidentiality and Protection of Whistleblowers), as well as the General Corruption Prevention Regime
(Legal Framework, Regime and Impact).
